Delete your data

Everything you track in hone, your habits, completions, streaks and statistics, is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. There is nothing on our servers to delete.

The one exception is the optional accountability partners feature. If you used it, a small profile (a display name, an optional bio, your time zone, optional goals, a friend code, and any habit summary you chose to share) lives on our backend. Here is how to remove it.

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open hone and go to the partners area.
2. Open your profile.
3. Tap "Delete my partner data" and confirm.

This deletes your profile and every partner connection from our backend immediately. It cannot be undone, and it has no effect on the habits stored on your device.

Request deletion (if you no longer have the app)

If you have already uninstalled hone, email us your friend code and we will delete the matching profile and connections within 30 days, usually much sooner. We use the friend code only to find your profile, and we delete your request once it is handled.
